Remote Activity Monitoring Assisted Living (RAMAL)
We created RAMAL based on our experience of have having aged family members who were adamant that they wanted to continue to live in their own home and keep their independence. We deployed PebbleHub and PebbleSense devices to provide privacy persisting remote monitoring to give our family confidence that everything was normal. At various times it proved its value beyond words and had a positive impact on quality of life. Having experienced the challenges of family aged care personally, we are super passionate about the value of RAMAL and how technology can have a profound impact that matters.
Monitoring as a Service
We support a global provider of environmental and IoT data capture and analytics by continuously monitoring their platform and enhancing the service they deliver to their customers. Sensitive Citizen Data
Working for a national healthcare platform, we designed and implemented a robust, end-to-end Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system to secure sensitive citizen data. This project involved designing an advanced security architecture that continuously monitors and analyses platform activity to detect and respond to potential threats in real time. By integrating best-in-class security technologies and tailoring them to meet the unique needs of the national platform, we ensured the protection of personal and medical data. Our solution empowers the platform to maintain compliance with stringent regulations, while safeguarding the privacy and security of millions of citizens.
Specialist Disability Accommodation
In collaboration with a major developer of NDIS housing facilities (SDA), we created an open platform with a flexible architecture to facilitate the integration of technology that provides personalised support for NDIS participants. Privacy, adaptability, and real-time oversight were central to the design, with the inclusion of a command centre monitoring solution powered by data analytics and AI. We focussed on using widely available hardware and open-source technologies wherever possible, with specialised technologies incorporated as needed. This approach ensured the solution remained cost-effective and vendor-agnostic, while also enabling future adaptation to emerging technologies.
Process Automation and AI
Working with a small property broker firm poised for rapid expansion, we developed a process framework to help clarify their business operations: from acquiring leads, through to landing loans, providing financial advice and acting as brokers agents. Process automation was implemented to replace a vendor supplied CRM, giving the team back control of their customers' data, and lead generation and deal management. A virtual CEO was created to alleviate load on the CEO, and facilitate unencumbered growth, allowing staff to learn and make decisions individually. The virtual CEO can be queried using a chat like interface and uses content provided by the CEO and team to provide relevant reliable answers.
